About
- I'm a songwriter looking to collaborate with other like-minded songwriters.
I live in the country outside Dublin, Ireland. I have been writing songs for many years with some success. My songs tend to be love songs, songs about social matters like homelessness, some folk rock song. I love the english language and how it can work in a song to capture emotion.
I spend my time now playing guitar and keyboard. I like creatings strings and other instruments for tracks and I do some backing tracks not brilliantly. I use Logic Pro X to record what I do as a music maker.
Have worked as profession musician singer back when so have experience of audiences I still work with two singing groups.

Dreams & ambitions
I would like to to work with like minded songwriters young or not so young interested in song craft and word craft. Have a tendency to write Verse Chorus and bridge as basic song structure. I feel I am good on creating tunes and coming up with titles to write about with others and have been involved in several songwriting workshops.

Lyrics
From my song 'Doorway Souls' (c) IMRO
I watched the leaves falling from the city trees
The wind it blew an old man down to his knees
And the winter cold fell upon this town
As we wrapped up warm from the icy winds and the coming storms
And the people on the sidewalk went rushing home
Their pockets full of plenty-ness to keep them warm
Guiding their children away from the begging bowls
Lest they would become trapped by the doorway souls
