Appearing in member searches is also free — any member who has been active (logged in) within the last 12 months and has a completed profile will appear in search results automatically.
To send or read messages, you will need either an active membership or connection credits.
If you would like to chat to as many members as you wish, we have a great selection of membership options available to you.
Connection credits offer you the flexibility of communicating with individual members for a small one-off fee. You will not be committed to regular payments. Think of it as 'Pay as you go'.
Each credit lets you send and receive messages with one individual member.
Buying connection credits also gives you a boost in search results — members with active credits appear higher in the default search ranking, making it easier for others to find you.
We have three options to suit different needs:
Connection Credits — from $3.50 per connection. Pay as you go, no subscription needed. Credits let you message specific members and boost your position in search results. Buy credits.
Pro — $7.99/month. Full access — send and read messages with all members. Cancel anytime.
Pro yearly — $49/year. Everything in Pro, plus priority placement in search results. Less than $4.08/month — save 49% compared to the monthly plan. Cancel anytime.

This is our way of helping members decide who might be a good fit for them. The more interaction they have with the website and other members, the better their badges will be.
It's all about how much you do on the website. Sending messages and collaborating with other members will help you earn more badges. The same goes for uploading audio files and a profile image. And of course, don't forget to create an advert too.
The collaboration badges are the most impressive and hardest to come by. To obtain these, you must contact your collaborators and ask them to confirm you have collaborated with them. This can be done by pressing the button at the bottom of a members profile. Search for members here.
You can add a collaboration badge for each separate song you collaborate on.
Your fellow collaborators will also be detailed, highlighting how many members you have collaborated with to earn your badges!

The ID Verified badge () appears on a member's profile, adverts, and in search results to show that they have completed our optional identity verification process.
Identity verification is entirely voluntary — it is not required to join or use Verse-Chorus. Members who choose to verify their identity help build trust across the community, making it easier for fellow members to feel confident about collaborating with them.
What does verification involve?
You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence). Once approved, the ID Verified badge will appear permanently on your profile.
How do I get verified?
You can start the process from your dashboard — look for the "Verify your ID" step in your onboarding checklist, or go directly to verify-identity.
