About

I'm a songwriter looking to collaborate with other like-minded songwriters.
I'm a singer who writes songs. I am looking for musicians/composers/producers to help complete my songs.

I have had a passion to play music as long as I can remember and learned how to play accordion by ear before I started school. I have played keyboards (piano, organ, synthesizer) professionally for rock/pop/country bands and studio sessions for over 50 years. I have also written & produced my original songs. In the past I had a couple of songs published by other artists to use on their promo demos and 2 songs chosen for music videos and featured in a television series (INSIDE TRAX)promoting artists in a BC/Alberta talent search in 1990.

I played & recorded all instrument tracks on most of my original songs and eventually sang a few of the vocals but am still finding my voice. All my music is copyrighted and registered with SOCAN & BMI.

I have a home recording studio which includes a mixing board, looper some out board gear such as effects, eq, dynamic & condenser microphones and a few percussion instrumens. I CAN FLY

Indie, Singer-Songwriter

I CAN FLY VERSE-1 A brand new world Waits like a long-lost friend Sun in my face Shining a message cross the sky You can fly VERSE-2 I’m back on my feet Feeling brand new again Wind at my back Whispering you just need to try You can fly BRIDGE I’m taking control of my destiny Body and soul All that I can be It’s up to me VERSE I feel so alive More than I’ve ever been I feel so much more More than I’ve ever felt before …………….. GUITAR SOLO …………… VERSE There’s a fire in my soul Hungry to live again I’m spreading my wings They are not broken anymore I can fly …… (fade out) I can fly …… I can fly …… © MYRA VOS (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED)
