Lyrics

the odd couple

Country

THE ODD COUPLE WE SAID I DO, AN UNLIKELY PAIR YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND, MY HEAD IN THE AIR EVERYBODY TOLD US, IT WOULDN'T LAST BUT THE YEARS HAVE FLOWN ON PAST We're the odd couple Signed on for life Held to each other With all of our might The odd couple Too foolish for fear Fought for each other Thru heartaches and tears INTRO STUBBORN YOU BET, CRAZY IT'S TRUE BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE, LIFE WITHOUT YOU YOU HOLD MY HAND WHEN WE WALK DOWN THE STREET TELL ME I'M HANDSOME, JUST TO BE SWEET CHORUS BRIDGE THESE GOLDEN YEARS A BIT TARNISHED I KNOW BUT YOUR EYES SHINE FOR ME AND OUR LOVE STILL GROWS I'LL TAKE ALL I CAN SAVE IT UP EACH DAY SPEND IT ALL ON YOU TILL WE'RE BOTH OLD AND GRAY chorus
