At 50 I am still just as passionate about
music as I was at the age of 12 when I
knew singing along with Anita Baker,
Patti Labell and Teena Marie as they
played on the radio. I loved it so much
my mother would take it from me
as punishment when she was wasn't
pleased with me. I finally learned to
follow my dream of making my mark
in the music industry and not to veer
from that path ever again. I will keep
going until I literally can't listen to
music, write it, sing or share it with
others. Music is my forever love.
