What are you looking for?
“I am a 19-year-old disabled singer-songwriter who writes about complex topics. I have written more than half of a concept album where the narrator fakes her death to get away from an abusive home, only to find herself drawn to people who hurt her because that is what she has been taught. The songs can also be looked at from the perspective of someone talking to their disability. To peak interest, here are a songs' hooks:
"Sometimes burning bridges means swimming with the sharks"
"When you caress my cheek it leaves a stain of red
And I don't want to hold your bloody hands"
"Becoming the tourniquet to the wound that you caused
What doesn't kill me makes me need it more than I should"
"So don't get comfortable
Don't forget who you're talking to and get vulnerable
I'll steal your car
The trunk holding your heart
And I’ll go"
Birds fly when seasons change
But no matter where they go, men stay the same"
"Keep your conscience clean
Somebody's daughter is bleeding out on the floor"”
